Here is your 60-minute Radiance Treatment step by step:
1. Tuning in and Introductory Conversation (approx. 10 minutes):
The treatment begins with a calm, tuning in conversation over a cup of herbal tea. During this short but important phase, I perform a holistic diagnosis: we discuss your current physical and mental state, any tensions and your intentions regarding the treatment. I also tune into your system on an energetic level so that the treatment is as personalized and effective as possible.
2. Beauty & Energy Massage Therapy (approx. 45 minutes):
This is the heart of the treatment, the meeting of beauty and healing. I use a unique manual technique that combines a gentle facial, neck and décolleté massage with deep healing touches.
• On a physical level: The massage stimulates blood and lymph circulation, thus helping to detoxify, reduce swelling, refine wrinkles and contribute to achieving radiant, firm skin.
• On an energetic level: By specifically stimulating the meridians and acupressure points, I release energy blocks and recharge the energy centers (chakras). This creates a deep state of relaxation, where both your body and soul are filled with vitality.
3. Closing and After-vibration (approx. 5 minutes):
After the massage, we close the process with a gentle awakening and harmonization. I give a brief summary of what I experienced and, if necessary, practical advice on maintaining harmony and renewed energy levels in everyday life.
