Get comfortable. Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and release tension with each exhale.
Visualize the World card in front of you. See the light of the card enveloping you. Feel that you are part of this wholeness.
The wand appears. Imagine that you have an invisible wand in your hand, radiating soft, glowing energy.
Touch yourself with it. Gently touch the wand to your heart, then to your forehead. Feel the healing energy flowing through you, and every cell bathed in light.
